Our Client is looking for a highly motivated ICT Networks Manager to join their School in Harrow, London. In this role you will work with staff and pupils to enhance their education and teaching experience.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the IT Network Manager will:
- Oversee the school's digital infrastructure, lead the IT support team, and ensure all network systems remain operational across multiple sites.
- Maintain, enhance, and support IT systems while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and technological best practices.
- Offer strategic guidance on expanding digital capabilities, ensuring IT resources align with long-term development plans.
- Contribute to organization-wide technology projects, drive adoption of IT services, and seek out opportunities for digital innovation.
- Continuously refine systems, resolve technical issues, and manage a variety of educational technologies within the learning environment.
- Stay informed on advancements in educational technology to support the institution's evolving needs.
Essential Skills:
- Active Directory
- DNS
- DHCP
- Cloud based systems such as 365
Technical Skills:
- Hardware maintenance & upgrades
- Asset Management
- Data Protection
- Ticket systems experience
- Strategical advice
- Experience using IT systems, including Windows client/server operating systems
- Strong technical background in designing, configuring, and managing networks
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in managing projects
