client side Project Manager with construction and consultant experience to work on a prestigious £35m new build project in Cambridge for a leading business park development.
Technical advice and coordinating from RIBA stage 3 to 6, taking from planning to construction and delivery over a 3 year period. Key stakeholder and client management skills, CDM, design, planning advice and risk mitigation.
You'll need to be a Project Manager with client side construction experience and an ability to deal with design team and stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery. Experience in major projects. The role would suit someone with a Technical Coordinator, Project Manager or Project lead who has worked for a consultant, developer design team, architectural practice, design and build construction business or mix of construction and client side experience gained with a local authority or infrastructure background.
