Our client is a thriving business technology company based in Ferndown. They are looking for a professional and driven Sales Manager to manage a high performing team of Business Development Executives and Account Managers.

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the sales team's success. You'll be responsible for developing and motivating your team to achieve their targets, while also ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach your team to maximise their potential, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Performance Management: Track and analyse team performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted development plans.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, considering market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip your team with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for developing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and a drive for results.
  • Deep understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
