JOB TITLE: Administrator

COMPANY: Electrical services

CONTRACT: Temporary with the view to go perm

HOURS: Part-time Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 8:30am-4:30pm

START: ASAP - must be immediately available to start

SALARY: £13-15ph depending on experience

LOCATION: Ferndown

The role:

  • Providing support to clients, answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring smooth running of the office, helping the team with various administration task
  • Putting together risk and method statements
  • Data administration
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining and organising files
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Handling office supplies and inventory
  • Greeting visitors and clients

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Confident telephone manner
  • An enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive work environment.
