Our client is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle incoming calls for the medical sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing diaries and appointments, assisting with patient inquiries, and providing outstanding support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure smooth diary management.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or administrative roles (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
