About the Role
Our client in Worcester is seeking skilled Wax Press, Brazing, and Assembly Operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a supportive environment, with a clear path toward long-term progression.
Shift Details
- Rotating Shift:13.08 AM (Apply online only) and PM (Apply online only) shifts
- Night Shift:14.20 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Material Preparation and Assembly:Clean, polish, and prepare materials for production.
- Product Assembly:Assemble products following detailed specifications and quality standards.
- Tool Operation:Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and finishing tasks safely and accurately.
- Quality Control:Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
- Production Support:Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues.
Requirements
- Tool & Machinery Knowledge:Experience with hand tools and machinery operation.
- Production Experience:Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and ensure high quality.
- Physical Stamina:Capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting as needed.
- Team Player:Strong communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork.
- Industry Background:Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
