We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic Project Coordinator to join a well-established and rapidly growing business in the Filey area.

What the job involves

  • Coordinate and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Organise and attend meetings, taking notes and tracking actions
  • Assist with report preparation, proposal writing, and documentation
  • Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Support logistical planning for fieldwork and site activities

Skills required

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or project support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset

Other information

  • Full-time working Monday to Friday 35 hours - Onsite
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
