- Bramah HR is seeking a customer service executive for a global organization based in Fleet.
- This is an office-based, fast-paced role requiring previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.
- The position is initially a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension to 12 months or longer.
- Responsibilities include providing after-sales support, resolving customer queries, and assisting with sales documentation.
- The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a preference for candidates with at least one year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:Â
- Provide after sales support and information to customers via telephone & email.Â
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.Â
- Assist with all sales related documentation, placing orders and liaising with internal operational order fulfilment teams.Â
- Assist in raising relevant shipment documentation.Â
- Updating internal systems relating to customer contact/order status.Â
- Provide general support to the customer service team as instructed.Â
Skills:Â
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous customer facing/ customer service experience desirable.Â
- Strong attention to detail.Â
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.Â
- Customer focused approach.Â
- Ability to work well as part of a team but also independently using initiative.
