Are you passionate about delivering top-class customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team in Fleet for a 3-6 months contract.
Responsibilities:
- Â Provide a professional and friendly service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Assist with enquiries ensuring responses are clear and concise - good verbal and written communication
- Assist with the implementation of new services and processes into the team
- Handle administrative tasks, document scanning, and appointment bookings.
- Alongside the team, work towards performance targets and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent administration experience
- Confident using Word, Excel & IT systems
- Reception, customer service and administration experienceÂ
