Finance Manager | Permanent role | PE-backed Tech business | £65,000-£70,000 plus 10% bonus | Fleet (2 days in the office per week)This is an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a PE-backed technology business based in Fleet (Hybrid working) in a permanent role. You will be joining at a key time for this market-leading brand that is growing significantly, having acquired several businesses over the past 5 years, with no signs of slowing down.

Reporting to the Head of Finance for one of the brands, you will take ownership overseeing the financial reporting and controls for the business. You will manage a team of 3, will have extensive exposure to senior stakeholders and will seek to drive process improvement across the group.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing the production of the management accounts and month-end close
  • Producing the monthly reporting pack for the board and associated commentary
  • Manage and develop a team of 3
  • Lead the year-end audit and statutory accounts preparation, working as the key point of contact for the auditors
  • Own the cashflow forecasting for the business
  • Continuously look at ways to drive process improvement within finance
  • Business partner with key stakeholders across the group, up to board level, advising them and challenging on costs

Skill set required:The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with 3+ years post qualified experience (audit trained preferred but not essential). You will have previous management experience as well as the ability to lead the management accounts and year-end accounts preparation. Experience working for a business which has shown significant growth during your tenure is preferred, you must have worked for a business of over £50 million turnover. Knowledge of NetSuite and the Technology sector is desirable but not essential.
