HNW Client ManagerFleet, Church Crookham - (car required)Salary DOE To manage a book of high-net-worth clients, ensuring the highest quality in customer service and technical excellence at all times. To ensure clients insurance needs are met, dealing with day to day enquiries from clients, insurers and supporting the team. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain a computerised client database
  • Manage New Business Clients once on cover and issue accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage client renewals, including where necessary the remarketing of policies, issuing renewal documentation within timescales set out by the FCA.
  • Handle incoming client queries and mid-term adjustments, regarding policy coverage and/or changes to their cover.
  • Work alongside Client Managers and the wider team to provide a broking service and assist in the preparation with client reports.
  • Cross sell/up sell to existing clients, by identifying any potential gaps in cover or policies held elsewhere.
  • Contribute towards the teams budgeted income goals, both for renewal retention and new business.
