Bramah HR is looking for a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join one of our exceptional clients based close to Fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This role is initially a 7 month contract covering a maternity leave but with potential to be made permanent.
Responsibilities- Communicating effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures- Utilising HR systems for data entry and reporting- Providing administrative support to the HR department- Assisting with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management- Assisting with the recruitment processes
Skills- Strong communication skills to interact with employees- Experience with HR systems- Excellent data entry capabilities- Familiarity with administrative tasks in an HR setting- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
