This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a senior position, working closely with the Department Head while managing a diverse caseload.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including:
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Acquisitions and Sales
- Secured Lending
- Corporate Support
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management
This position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating with partners on more complex matters.Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 years' PQE in a Commercial Property department
- Strong technical expertise with excellent drafting skills
- A high level of commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently
- A proven track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships
