Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working exclusively with a client based in the Fleet area with the appointment of an HR Business Partner.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a high growth, PE backed manufacturing group as HR lead and is a permanent and full time role. The role is predominantly site based with some flexibility to work from home where needed.

As HR Business Partner you will oversee and be responsible for:

  • The HR / People strategy across the group
  • Day to day HR operations across the group
  • Set up and development of the HR function including HR systems procurement and alignment across acquired businesses
  • HR governance and compliance including policies and procedures and legislation
  • Driving a people centric culture
  • Acting as a change agent enabling growth and development of colleagues
  • Coaching and developing leader
  • Managing the recruitment process and leading on annual pay reviews and benchmarking
  • Leading HR and people related projects

This is a stand alone and "top to bottom" role, where there will be (in time) the opportunity to grow and develop the function. I'm keen to speak with ambitious, experienced and dynamic HR / People professionals who have experience operating in fast-paced and matrix organisations. You'll be happy working top to bottom, managing / setting up the day to day whilst also setting and delivering the HR strategy. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is very desirable.
