Finance Manager salary: 45,000 + bonuses

Finance Manager Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

Finance Manager roles and responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
Oversee the company's financial planning and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and provide strategic financial guidance to Head Of Finance

Finance Manager key competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in excel
Strong leadership and people management skills
Must possess a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills.
