My client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their team, a leading manufacturing company, on a temporary basis for 3 months. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with inventory management of office supplies.
  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
