We are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor based in Flitwick for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client are a well-established and busy MOT Centre and Service centre.
 Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor
- Speaking with customers and booking jobs
- Scheduling workloads.
- Ordering relevant parts
- You will be required to work on all makes and models of cars and vans and be committed to working to a high standard.
- Undertaking Vehicle checks ensuring they are road safe and up to standard.
- Complete MOT Tests if required.
- Health & Safety Awareness.
- Staff training.
Requirements for a successful Workshop Supervisor
- Previous track record of workshop supervisor experience or senior mechanic leading a team.
- Experienced MOT Tester – Valid MOT testing licenceÂ
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or time-served experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and capable to work under pressure.
- Great at leading and working as part of a team.
- Hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. (Maximum 3 points)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
