Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting and fast paced agency, whoare recruiting for anSEO Executive. Join a highly successful team and be an integral part of the SEO department, you will work closely with the SEO Lead, Senior SEO Manager and Head of SEO to refine and develop the SEO offerings. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in Folkestone, Kent. There is a requirement to work onsite 3 days a week.
The role- Your expertise will drive the strategic delivery of top-tier SEO services to our key clients, ensuring exceptional standards and innovative solutions. You will be an implementer, facilitator, and inspiring team leader. You will shape the SEO landscape of the agency, ensuring the delivery of effective and cutting-edge strategies that resonate with clients and align with their business objectives. In addition to being passionate about SEO and digital marketing, you should be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to lead a team towards achieving exceptional results.
TheSEOExecutivewill be required to do the following:

Develop and implement SEO strategies in collaboration with Account Managers and the SEO pod.

Support with weekly strategy meetings.

Directly liaise with key clients, reporting on performance and exploring opportunities for growth.

Foster the professional growth of the SEO pod, enhancing both soft and technical skills.

Engage in commercial modelling and ROI forecasting to maximise client success.
The successfulSEO Executiveshould ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

2 years + experience in SEO - with a Google Analytics Certification

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

Good understanding of search ranking factors and key algorithm updates

Proven ability to manage team members

Experience using Google Ads Editor, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Analytics.

Both written and spoken English to a high standard
TheSEO Executivewill be rewarded with a salary of 27-37,000, pro-rata, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
