Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities to support children's learning and development.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and record children's progress, working closely with parents and carers.
- Promote positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
About You:
- Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passionate about child development and creating a fun learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child welfare.
