Our client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to become an integral part of their team. This role offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with clear opportunities for career progression. As a Paraplanner, you’llplay a pivotal role in supporting the Independent Financial Advisors and the current Paraplanner.

Your duties will include:

  • Prepare and maintain client files, collaborating with advisers to understand objectives.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory documentation is current and accurate.
  • Conduct research, provide comparisons, and draft recommendations for advisers.
  • Implement recommendations, preparing reports, adjusting investments, and assisting with applications.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties, organising meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
  • Provide general admin support and assist with staff training.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 12 months in a paraplanner role with prior admin experience.
  • RO1, RO2, RO3 qualifications and working towards Level 4.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong typing skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written English.
  • Highly numerate, adaptable, and organized with the ability to manage a dynamic workload.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO), CashCalc, and FE Analytics.
  • Level 4 qualified in financial services.
