Start Monday is currently recruiting a Support Worker to join a Supported Living Service in Folkestone.

My client looks after a small group of adults who have Learning Disabilities.

As the Support Worker you will be responsible for supporting service users in all aspects of their care, promoting enablement and independence.

The purpose of the job is to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, in their own home, to live they life they choose promoting inclusion, autonomy and independence, working towards positive outcomes.

This post is hugely influential on the lives of vulnerable adults who require support and care to develop their skills and independence. Support Workers will have a life changing impact on the quality of their life, safety, independence and positive outcomes.

Salary up to £31,000 - the role is on a rota and is alternate weekends - this role also includes 3 sleeps per week and is based on full time hours of 40 hours per week.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE OVER ONE YEARS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN CARE.
