Temporary Admin Officer

Location: The Lightbox, Newcastle
Rate of Pay: 12.08 per hour (paid weekly)

Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, Full-time, office-based during training

Role Overview:

As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing guidance, managing data, processing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. This includes customer engagement, data entry, and post-room duties.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate advice and support to internal and external customers
  • Analyse reports and monitor compliance with agreements
  • Support driver examiner services by processing test results and updates
  • Manage mail distribution, print services, and office supplies
  • Perform administrative tasks, including licence entitlement checks and data reviews


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in data analysis and data entry
  • Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems


Additional Information:

  • 100% office attendance required during training, followed by a hybrid working model (60% office-based)
