The Role
We are seeking a Claims Business Support Assistant to join our dynamic Claims Function. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in customer service and claims management. As part of the team, you'll provide vital administrative support, help manage customer relationships, and ensure operational compliance while gaining valuable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic product and service information to customers, answering any simple inquiries.
- Support customer relationship management by contacting customers and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the accurate recording and processing of customer orders.
- Support the resolution of basic customer issues, escalating more complex concerns as required.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records and documents in line with company procedures.
- Adhere to operational compliance standards, ensuring that work is completed to the required quality.
- Develop skills through ongoing training, assessments, and personal development planning.
