You will play a key role in supporting our operations by handling a variety of administrative and business support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and appraise situations to develop solutions to varied problems.
  • Collate, check, and organise returns, ensuring accuracy in maintaining files and records.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Handle data input, complex word processing, minute taking, and other digital tasks using various software packages.
  • Respond to routine enquiries via the One Contact Centre, service mailbox, and provide information to the public and staff.
  • Process and check financial documentation, record and monitor expenditure, and manage confidential, personal, and sensitive information.
  • Perform reception duties, handle cash, mail duties, photocopying, and scanning as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws in handling personal data and supporting HR functions.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with both internal and external enquiries.
  • Competent in using a range of software packages, including word processing, data input, and digital tools.
  • Ability to follow routine procedures and make decisions on routine service-related problems.
  • Experience in maintaining records and preparing standard reports.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
