We are recruiting an Education Coordinator for our International client with an office based just outside Bury St Edmunds.

We are looking for someone who is driven and always looking for ways to improve the customer journey.

Previous customer service or relevant administrative experience is needed along with excellent organisation skills. You must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the rest of the team and other departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting learners booked on to programs from initial booking through to completion
  • Checking all learners have arrived and following up absentees, and streamlining education processes
  • Dealing with customer queries and managing the main customer-facing inbox
  • Notifying and supporting unsuccessful learners
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve processes related to the customer journey

Skills Required:
  • Strong planning, organisation skills and time management skills to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always prioritised and achieved
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with individuals at all levels including those with different cultural backgrounds or where English is not their first language
  • Experienced and confident with Office 365 and Microsoft products
  • Additional languages desirable
