Job Title: Document Controller
Location: East Anglia

My client is a leading national construction business who is known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join the dynamic construction team in East Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all documentation related to their construction projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
As the Document Controller you will:
- Maintain up to date records of all information and ensure that it is available to the team
- Issue and distribute controlled copies of information ensuring compliance with all aspects of the design management procedures
- Manage the printing of design project information
- Maintain and control the hard copy record of all project documentation on site
- Ensure the site team is working on the latest issue of design documentation
- Undertake regular checks of assigned security checks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as the Document Controller in the construction space
- Based in and around the Ipswich, Norwich, Thetford and the Bury St Edmunds area
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
