A fashion retailer based in the Fort William area of Scotland are looking for an assistant store manager. This company is one of the leading retailers for outdoor wear and has grown from a standalone to store having 330 stores across the UK.

The chosen candidate will be familiar with working to KPI’s and be an effective team motivator to drive sales within store. The business has a strong focus on customer service and therefore is looking for someone who is familiar with building client customer relationships and offering fantastic customer service.

The chosen candidate will ideally come from a fashion retail environment, but this is no imperative. You will also need to be familiar with working in a fast-paced stores whilst maintaining effective management of the team to ensure that targets are being achieved.

The role is paying up to £30,000
