About the RoleAs an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the development of your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in leading the retail team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
- Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their potential
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Managing stock, implementing promotions, and supporting product launches
- Ensuring the store delivers a customer-first experience at all times
