Administration Assistant
This opportunity is to work in a company that supplies major fashion retail companies with packaging for Jewellery, Accessories, Apparel and Footwear.
The job role is to support the Account Manager and Design Executive with all aspects of customer administration. The role would suit (but not exclusive to) an administrator used to working in a design/print environment.
Main Duties:
- Liaising with Suppliers regarding new packaging development and supporting on any queries that they may have.
- Liaising with our overseas offices regarding prices, samples and order critical path.
- Manage development spreadsheets.
- Create PowerPoint guidelines for suppliers.
- Catalogue packaging samples.
- Organise DPD deliveries, tracking dispatches etc.
- Packaging proof reading.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong knowledge & understanding of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Ability to use initiative, prioritise accordingly & work in accordance with deadline.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational abilities.
Professional approach and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Good time management.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Normal hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.00pm on Friday.
