Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their large care home near Frinton-on-Sea. The service is truly a beautiful service that that offers best in class care and facilities within the local area and is commerciallya well performing home. You will be joining a growing, larger, luxury care organisation that pride themselves on offering non-corporate and supportive/positive working culture of their staff.

This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully an elderly service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. You must have experience managing predominantly private payer care home and be confident marketing a luxury service in an affluent area. Candidates doneed to be nurse-qualified.

The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and only want to hire people who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives.

Requirements

  • Must be nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and confident in working with elderly residents.
  • Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to market to the private market.


Location

The home is based near Oxford and would be a suitable commute from Colchester, Chelmsford, Sudbury, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea and Braintree.

My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of 80,000 - 85,000 + 40% bonus.
