You will ensure customers’ needs are always met and go the extra mile to live up to the brand culture and values.SALES EXECUTIVE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contributing to and driving sales through excellent service and developing relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and converting inbound leads
  • Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to customers to help advise on the best product for them to purchase
  • Responsible for the customer journey, from processing all correct information onto final order
  • Producing detailed and accurate quotations for customers, including finance agreements
  • Managing own quotations lists
  • Adhering to sales team standards checklist
ABOUT YOU:
  • Experienced Sales Executive who possesses exemplary customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate and confident in the use of the full MS Office suite
  • Provides exceptional customer care and understands the power of providing excellent customer experience
  • Experience of a range of offline and online sales methods including face to face selling, selling over the phone and via live chats
  • Detail orientated, likes to be a product expert, understands that knowledge is power when advising customers.  
  • Is able to understand subliminal selling and upselling
  • A conscientious and collaborative team player
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving profitability
  • Team player who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, close knit team
  • Motivated and confident with the ability to drive your own development
  • Able to build a rapport communicate with a wide range of customers
  • Resilient, focused and enjoys achieving and exceeding targets
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Must have a driving licence
