Join a reputable company with modern offices in Birchwood as a Housing Scheduler/Administrator. We are looking for a customer-oriented professional to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accommodation requests within set KPI deadlines
• Manage property demand and availability to meet targets
• Coordinate with authorities to manage the service user process
• Ensure prompt responses to authority requests within contractual timeframes
• Liaise with property negotiators to track property availability in your assigned areas
• Work closely with field, maintenance, and transport teams to meet internal SLAs and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

• Willingness to undergo a vetting process
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively while being a collaborative team player
• Proactive with a willingness to learn
• Skilled in multitasking

What We Offer:

• Salary of £24,500
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8 am - 4 pm / 9 am - 5 pm
• Hybrid working arrangement: 2 days per week from home after the probation period
