We are looking for an experienced part time HR & Office Manager who is proactive, meticulous, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for supporting the office's HR and compliance functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who can prioritise tasks without needing close supervision, has excellent attention to detail, and can connect effectively with a young, energetic team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing HR tasks including inductions, managing apprenticeships, and ensuring training needs are met.
  • Organising and minuting staff meetings, with follow-up on actions.
  • Managing office compliance, including taking charge of annual external audits (e.g., ISO).
  • Keeping staff contracts and documentation up to date.
  • Assisting with general office duties such as rota management and purchasing.
  • Collaborating with external partners for outsourced payroll and using tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Xero.

About You:

  • Strong HR experience at advisor level or above
  • CIPD qualification would be an advantage
  • Confident and able to engage with a vibrant, youthful office team.
  • Strong organisational skills and a self-starter attitude-able to work independently and seek context for tasks.
  • Experience with HR processes and compliance is essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a variety of tasks.
