SOCIAL MEDIA/ MARKETING BRAND MANAGER FRODSHAM £30,000 - £35,000

A brand new opportunity has arisen for one of our exclusive clients based in Frodsham. This is an exciting time to be part of a growing business, as you have full autonomy to   The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales. The role will involve overseeing content creation, managing social media campaigns, engaging with the existing online community, and analysing the performance of all social media activities across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. A key part of the role will also involve working closely with the Company Director to grow their personal brand on LinkedIn, positioning them as a thought leader in the industry and increasing their professional network and influence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to expand their own career, develop their own marketing experience and be part of a growth succession plan! 

Strategy Development:

            •           Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business goals.

            •           Identify and leverage trends, opportunities, and platform-specific strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation & Management:

            •           Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (including text, images, and video) tailored to each social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

            •           Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social media channels.

            •           Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling visuals and copy.

Campaign Management:

            •           Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

            •           Utilise paid social media advertising to boost reach and engagement, with a particular focus on driving conversions and sales.

Community Engagement:

            •           Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community across all social media platforms.

            •           Foster strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to enhance the company’s social media presence.

            •           Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Analytics & Reporting:

            •           Track and analyse key social media metrics, including engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI.

            •           Provide regular reports to the Marketing Director, with insights and recommendations for improving social media performance.

            •           Use data-driven insights to refine and adjust the social media strategy and content.

Personal Brand Growth:

            •           Develop and implement a LinkedIn strategy for the Company Director to grow their personal brand.

            •           Create and manage content for the Company Director’s LinkedIn profile, including articles, posts, and engagement with industry-related content.

            •           Position the Company Director as a thought leader by highlighting their expertise, achievements, and insights.

  • A degree/ equivalent in marketing or social media
  • Strong attention to detail with a right first-time mindset
  • 2 years' experience within social media or marketing 
  • Experience within editing and creating social posts
  • Creative flair and an eye for great imagery
  • Passion for all things social media and the knowledge on trends
  • You are driven, proactive and passionate
  • You are keen to learn and develop
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
