About the position
- Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
- Oversee the training and development of the team
- Lead by example to offer to the best guest experience
- Manage the P&L and monitor sales
- Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
- Work closely with the Head Chef & F&B Manager
The successful candidate
- Previous experience working in hotels or restaurants
- A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Well Organised with an eye for detail
- Proven business & financial success
- A born leader with excellent communication skills
