Residential Property Lawyers (Full-Time/Part-Time) - Frome

TSR Legal is pleased to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity on behalf of a respected client in the legal sector. Our client is seeking experienced Residential Property Lawyers to join their busy and thriving team at their Frome office. This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility to suit the right candidate's needs.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with at least five years of experience working in residential property law. Expertise across a wide range of residential property matters is highly sought after, though particular experience in sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as involvement with Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes, would be especially advantageous.

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic property lawyer who is not only technically skilled but also possesses excellent communication and client management abilities. The successful candidate will be confident in handling their own caseload independently, providing a high level of service to clients, and working within a supportive team environment. Additionally, they will have a strong desire to help develop and grow the Property Department, contributing to its continued success in the Frome office. This position offers the chance to play a key role in the ongoing expansion of a highly reputable legal practice.

The role will involve managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages, and advising on both freehold and leasehold property matters. The ideal candidate will be familiar with handling Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes and will have a passion for developing strong client relationships while maintaining a high standard of client care. The ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision is essential.

In return, our client offers a competitive salary based on experience, alongside a structured bonus scheme, a positive and collaborative working environment, and opportunities for career development and growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property lawyer looking to take the next step in their career and become part of a successful and growing team.
