Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;
- CSCS Card
- Driving Licence
For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;
- Carry your own setting out kit / be able to hire at short notice
The Role

- Reporting to: Site Manager
Duties
- Lines and levels
- To attend Team Briefs
- Aiding with design work
- Facilitate agreement of variations
- Attend in-house progress meetings
- Setting out for formwork, drainage, manholes
- Organise and supervise temporary works when required
- Undertaking Land, Stockpile and Construction Work Surveys
- Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
- Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
