I currently have an exciting opportunity to work for a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Manager within their reputable nursing home in Gainsborough.

The home provides person-centred care for less than 20 adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities or complex care needs. They are currently rated requires improvement by the CQC.

As the Home Manager your responsibilities will include:

Leading the staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
Liaising with local authorities, CQC
Care planning, assessments and reviews
Audits and budget management

You should have previous experience of leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC and good knowledge of care home finances/ budgeting as well as previous experience providing learning disability and mental health care.
