Full-Time or Part-Time (4 days a week) the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within the business.
If you are a good positive communicator that enjoys developing and getting the best out of a workforce this is the perfect role for you.
The role:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Training and development
- Compliance, appraisals and coaching
- Pay reviews, bonus schemes, staff benefits package, staff feedback process.
- Ensure employee contracts are up to date and legal.
- No payroll is required - this is done by the FD
About you:
- Great communicator.
- Approachable and able to build relationships.
- Inclusive and supportive by nature.
- MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Great attention to detail.
