DB Charles Recruitment are working on a brilliant new opportunity with an exciting business based in Gainsborough for a permanent Business Solutions Analyst, to join an established team and work at a highly recognised company.
The business have a well known name and reputation throughout the UK & world for the sector they represent and the permanent role as Business Solutions Analyst will be working on creating, designing & implementing technical solutions & processes tailored to meet the needs of the different departments. The role will touch on many aspects such as process improvement, technical solutions, analytical work and many other areas as outlined in the day to day duties below:
- Producing analytical data
- Creating documentation
- Producing & delivering insights
- Stakeholder management
- Working with other internal departments and key members
- Delivering process improvements
- Working on projects
- Road mapping
- Ensuring all work remains in line with the businesses quality control procedures
Candidates considered for this role will be required to have a number of the below skill-sets and experiences:
- A previous career background working as a Analyst focussed in areas such as Data, Projects, Technical Solutions, Business Improvement, Technical Support etc
- Preferably a degree focused towards IT or a relevant subject supporting the role such as Math's, Computer Science etc.
- Must have experience and knowledge of SQL, databases or reporting software
- Excellent numerical skills
- Highly motivated
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to commit to a full time office based role in Gainsborough
