About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom and supporting students in the absence of the regular teacher. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, organised, and eager to inspire young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
Support students with their learning and answer questions as needed.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confidence in leading a class and managing behaviour effectively.
Flexibility and a proactive approach to working in different classroom settings.
A degree (any subject) is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience working with young people is a bonus but not required.
