KCR Solutions are assisting our client, based Team Valley, in their search for an experienced Account Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting software of Sage.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing within invoice queries
- Utilise accounting software to maintain financial records accurately
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Prepare and raise invoices
- Matching Pod's to invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity
- Speak to subcontractors / chase POD's to keep current invoice processing flowing
Experience- Proven experience working with accounting software Sage- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable procedures- Ideally experience within the logistics sector- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Hours 09:00 - 17:00 hrs
