The Role:

The Finance Assistant will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information to the business while gaining valuable experience to further support the finance function and its ambitious growth plans. This position offers genuine opportunities for career progression within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of purchase orders and matching them to purchase invoices.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for procurement across the business.
  • Producing weekly sales invoices.
  • Completing weekly bank and statement reconciliations.
  • Supporting month-end close for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assisting with month-end journals and preparing quarterly VAT returns.
  • Processing bi-weekly payment runs and staff expenses.
  • Supporting customs-bonded import/export administration.
