Why join our client?- Salary: £24,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus scheme based on company performance
- 36-hour workweek with flexible start and finish times: Monday to Thursday: 8:20 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday: 8:20 AM - 1:30 PM - early Friday finish

You'll play a key role in managing sales orders, processing enquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Processing and managing customer enquiries through to quotation, ensuring efficient follow-up
- Handling and coordinating sales orders from initial enquiry to delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Managing communications promptly and professionally via phone and email
- Supporting sales and marketing initiatives within the business
- Maintaining the centralised inbox to ensure quick response times
- Escalating technical support enquiries to relevant team via CRM systems
- Providing administrative support to the sales and business development teams
- Preparing reports and documentation as required
- Monitoring pricing and discount strategies to align with business goals
- Experience in administration, customer service, or order processing
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven with a self-starter mindset
- Excellent communication skills - both over the phone and via email
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Good IT proficiency - experience with Office 365 & CRM systems is a plus
