We are currently recruiting for a well-known insurance group that has shown some really impressive organic growth over the last couple of years and offers a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career in a warm and supportive environment.

The company is now keen to bring on board 2 new File Auditors to their tea.

The firm specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse range of commercial and corporate customers and generates a great deal of referral business as a result of its professional approach.

Overview: The primary responsibility of the File Auditor is to ensure that all staff within the Partnership, Network, and Appointed Representatives adhere to regulatory guidelines and best practices established by the FCA. The role also involves providing comprehensive support to all team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits across all business areas.
  • Generate detailed reports to disseminate compliance feedback throughout the organization.
  • Develop processes to enhance the customer journey, ensuring it is as seamless as possible.
  • Address and manage expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints proactively to prevent escalation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned periodically.

People Management:

  • Lead by example.
  • Support staff in building relationships with brokers, promoting open and regular communication.

Business/Professional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Experience in a regulated environment with a comprehensive understanding of the principles of TCF and Insurance Practice.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £23-25k, dependant on experience.
