Candidate Requirements:
- Confident telephone manner
- Clear communication skills
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Sales ability desirable, with experience in a targeted environment
- Knowledge of mortgages advantageous, not essential as full training will be provided
- Able to work on Saturday and Sunday (minimum alternative weekends, ideally every weekend)
Role:
EGRecruiting is delighted to be recruiting for several Apointment Setters/Telephone Mortgage Qualifiers on a full-time basis, working 5 days (including weekends or alternative weekends) with an earning potential of £35,000.If you possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing and confident personality and can build rapport on the telephone easily, then this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!You may have worked in mortgages before, perhaps as an Adviser, or as an Administrator, or perhaps you’re keen to be a Mortgage Broker - full training will be provided as a Qualifier. This will allow you in time, to develop your career, if desired.This is a telephone-based role, working from offices in Gateshead, 5 days per week (off on Tuesday and Wednesday).
Responsibilities will include:· Answering in-bound calls from customers looking for a new build mortgage· Building rapport whilst asking multiple questions and gaining information· Liaising with the Mortgage Broker to clarify suitability· Once verified, calling the customer to book an appointment with the Mortgage Broker
