This is a newly created role reporting into the Business Development Lead. Our client uses a low code/no code toolkit to support their customers solve business problems such as automation. This is an exciting time to join the business and the role will appeal to individuals with boundless energy and ambition looking to make an impact while growing both personally and professionally. Role Profile:•   Responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities within designated sectors.•   Focus on lead generation, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales strategy to meet growth targets.•   Have business related conversations with senior leadership / C-level contacts within mid to enterprise sized organisations.•   Be able to understand the macroeconomics that can affect the customers/sectors the business works with.•   Establish a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive engagement and market research.  •   Attend, support and contribute to events and meetings representing the brand across the region.•   Look for insight in the market within relevant sectors, clients and technologies.Person Specification:•   An understanding of working with local government/councils, tech and finance companies•   Highly effective communication skills with ability to influence people at all levels within mid to enterprise sized organisations•   Have previous experience in using business development outreach methods•   Minimum two years sales experience with at least one year in technology sector•   Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform products is highly advantageous•   Enthusiastic and highly motivated to deliver resultsOther information:This is a hybrid role with the expectation of 3 days per week in the Gateshead officeNigel Wright Group are working exclusively on this search and as such, any direct third party supplied or referred applicants/CVs will be forwarded to Nigel Wright for consideration as part of our process.
