Blair West are delighted to be working with an evolving business who have an international presence and are leaders in their field. This is a new role to sit in the HR Team, an outstanding opportunity for someone to build a HAVAC training function that will be delivered to the business and external providers.
The opportunity:
- Determine and asses the organisations training and employee development needs
- Create training materials and programmes to support new product launces
- Working with HR to ensure training objectives are met.
- Monitor and asses the effectiveness of the HAVAC training programmes
- Keeping up to date with trends in the market
- Act as the first point of contact for all training and development requirements
- Build relationships with external training suppliers
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
- Designed and developed training courses
- A HAVA Engineer qualification
- Track record of Management Development
- Confident presentation skills
- Creative thinking
