Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, including budgeting, staff management, and care planning.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting a positive and compassionate environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
- A valid Nursing Pin (NMC Registered) is essential.
- Proven experience managing a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
