- Hours: 40 hours per week with flexible approach
- Remuneration: £25k - £35k dep exp
- Event Management: Identify, grow, and manage a multi-channel events program, including trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and more. Ensure high-quality networking and revenue opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for events aligned with regional and brand strategies, covering promotional campaigns, email marketing, social media, content creation, and advertising initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Partnerships Team to maximize marketing opportunities, enhance mutual growth, and create a collaborative network to boost brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Content Creation: Assist in designing, creating, and publishing marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers relevant to our industry.
- Tech Savvy: Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Creative Design: Collaborate with the design team to create compelling event collateral, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback mechanisms, surveys, and satisfaction metrics to improve event experiences and meet customer expectations.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize future event strategies and campaigns.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B event marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving attendance for events.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally proficient in Hubspot, or similar marketing automation platform, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote.
